Running, Biking, Strength Training, Stretching & Physical Therapy

Just a quick recap of what I've been up to:

emoticon I'm faithfully running now! I ran a little over 20 miles last week and should do the same this week. I just have to get that long run done tomorrow.!

emoticon I've been spinning a couple of times in past 2-3 weeks. And, I did a quick 30 minute ride today. My running group is starting a coached riding group next week. WooHoo! We'll meet only one time a week, but will also learn about bike maintenance, group riding, etc. I can't wait!!

emoticon I'm doing pretty well with strength training. I signed up to use the machines at the Y several weeks ago and am using them about once a week after one of my shorter runs.

emoticon I've been stretching really well! Especially after my long runs, since they are usually on the treadmill, I sometimes spend 20 minutes stretching!

emoticon And, physical therapy for my bulging disc is going really well. I haven't had any more foot tingling/numbness (from pressure on the nerve) and my back is doing better. I have lots of places - not just in my back - that are too tight or too weak so I'm working on that. It will help my fitness all around!
