I realized that if I look toward the smaller goals than the big one of losing over 100 pounds that I might have better success. So here are my goals:
To get to 210 pounds-16 to go. Hopefully I will lose that by the new year 2013.
That would be exactly 100 pounds lost since I starting losing in 2009.
Next goal would be 199, who does like to be in the hundreds.
Next goal is to get to 179, my BMI would not classify me as obese any longer. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week after that till I hit 149 and I will be considered healthy. Anything after that till 135 is extra. Sparkpeople say it will take till 9/22/13. I figure it took me awhile to get this big, it will take time and patience to get back. As my dad says everyday: One day at a time.
