I am back working out this week. This blog will have to be short and to the point as I am on a time limit when the baby sleeps. lol
I gained a total of 60 lbs with the pregnancy. After the birth of my son Liam I lost 20lbs.
I re-set my goal weight and here are my new goals:
Weight loss: lose 44 lbs
Inches to lose:
Waist: lose 7 inches
Chest: lose: 6 inches
Waist: lose 8 inches
Thighs: lose 5.5 inches
These are my long term goals to be met by September 2013.
By the end of the year I would have like to lose 15lbs and a total of 10 inches.
