New Goals

Thursday, November 01, 2012

I am back working out this week. This blog will have to be short and to the point as I am on a time limit when the baby sleeps. lol

I gained a total of 60 lbs with the pregnancy. After the birth of my son Liam I lost 20lbs.

I re-set my goal weight and here are my new goals:

Weight loss: lose 44 lbs

Inches to lose:

Waist: lose 7 inches
Chest: lose: 6 inches
Waist: lose 8 inches
Thighs: lose 5.5 inches

These are my long term goals to be met by September 2013.

By the end of the year I would have like to lose 15lbs and a total of 10 inches.

You will be there soon enough, girl ! I have a very similar story, I gained 50. Lost 20 a week after. And it took me about 5 months to lose the rest. I am finally feeling right. Don't forget to cut yourself some slack, and rest when you can :)
