Goals for the month of November

My goals for the month of November are to.....

-blog my weekly goals every Sunday

-work on being consistent with my workouts (at least 5 days of cardio per week) and eating (eat at least 4 times a day)

-make a weekly workout schedule

-do some type of physical activity everyday

-get in my goal jeans that are hanging on my door

-start and complete my 30 day fast

-avoid added white sugar

-avoid fast food

-avoid sodas

-weigh myself and update my tracker on the 1st
