Here are my November Goals for Accountability:
1. Average 60 minutes per day of exercise for the month. - Update: I'm not going to make it. Some things outside of my control happened this month. I will be close though, so I still think it was a good month.
2. Strength Train 3x weekly - Update: Did well up until the last two weeks, then the Holiday threw me off. Still a good month.
3. Run at least 3 times per week. - Update: YES! I did this one.
4. Work my way up to running 40 minutes at a time. - Update: YES!! I did this one too!
5. Have at least 4 "green" days on my calorie intake per WEEK. - Update: Sucess on this one too!
6. Have no more than 3 "red" days on my calorie intake for the MONTH. - Update: I ended up with 4. But it was fun to try this out. I will keep this going.
