Plan for the Day

To increase my accountability, I am going to try two things. First, logging on at work to immediately track my breakfast and lunch. Second, I'm going to blog my plan for the day (food and workout) while at work and then review it at night.
Today, my breakfast and lunch are already entered, and I'm right on track. For dinner, I'll be alone! Hallelujah! Kids and hubby will be at TKD. I'm finally going to roast the butternut squash I have. Then I'll roast some salmon and eat both with brown rice.
After dinner (and homework with the kids) I will go downstairs with the kids and do some strength training and toning for at least 30 minutes. Maybe include a treadmill run? Possible...
I'll add on tonight!
Hooray! Stayed within all nutritional limits today and got the 3o minute strength training workout done.
Tomorrow I will be giving blood at work, so I will need to take my laptop with me so I can blog during the wait times. Tomorrow's workout? Thirty minute run/walk outside if it's nice, inside if it's not.
