*Keep eating mindfully, and specifically focus on better weekend eating and less alcohol.
*I am aiming for 1,200 fitness minutes and 8,000 calories burned.
*Maintain in my range 135-140. I want to be in the lower end going into the upcoming holidays.
*Drink 8 cups of water every single day in October. I tend to slack on that some days.
How I did....
*Eating was okay, but not great. There is definitely room for improvement.
*I fell short on fitness minutes due to an injury. I pushed hard the last week of the month to get 1,020 minutes and 7,280 calories burned.
*My last official weigh-in for the month was 138.1.
*I did not hit the 8 cups goal.
It was not my best month, and I am totally re-focusing for November:
*Work harder on the mindful eating.
*Hit 1,100 fitness minutes and 8,000 calories burned.
*Maintain in my goal range of 135-140. I'd like to move towards the low end of the range.
*Water... I WILL drink 8 cups every day.
It's time to get my head back in the game to avoid holiday overindulgence.
