Strength. OK, we're coming to the end of the program. This is my last strength workout session. I can honestly tell you that I not only feel stronger, I can see muscles forming. Of course, muscle growth really takes about 6 weeks for real change, but I think with the Insanity prep and now Asylum, my muscles are popping!! I was actually able to go down and do real pushups today. Of course, by the end I couldn't go as far down as I did when I started, but that's OK. I'm working on it. I also have no problem doing this workout with 8 pound weights. I was told those would be too heavy for me, but really the 5 pound weights were light. I would like to do this with Volume 2, so maybe I can up the game a bit by adding in the 10 pound weight at times. Not all the time, mind you, but I think I could handle the 10 pounders for a lot of the exercises. Ha, ha, listen to me! I'm really not that strong, but I sure feel that way tonight!
By the way, I wondered why I got all off with the numbering and everything. For some reason SP is seeing me from the East Coast, even though the times logged are for me here in California. It throws me off that it says I already posted a day when really I posted at 9:30 P.M. the night before. Ugh! Does anyone know why that happens? It's only on the blog posts as far as I can tell.
