Goals for November

Where in the world did October go? And what the heck happened to my awesome goals? Somebody here needs a pep talk!
So here goes--
First, I've got to start finding time. Yes, life is busy and stuff comes up. So here's a brainstorm of workouts:
Short (20 minutes or less)
* strength training
* TKD forms
* walking the dog
* quick run/walk, indoor or outdoor
* Spark video
Longer (20-40 minutes)
* 2 mile run followed by strength training/toning
* Tkd forms and kick combinations
* 5k on the treadmill
Tons of time (40 minutes and up)
* Long walk/run outside
* P90X DVD
* TKD class
Now, in November, there is NO REASON not to get in at least 20 minutes a day. For Pete's sake, anyone can do pilates on the living room floor while watching TV!
Second, the food.
STOP eating after 8:30. Instead, eat dinner later. OR eat a small dinner and save half of it for later. But no junk! Stop eating chips, candy, etc. when you're not even hungry. Try putting in a teeth-whitening strip -- then you can't eat!!
Third, the Spark avoidance. Yes, I have completely avoided logging in because I've been bad. So it's time to get honest! Log in DAILY while on break at work...and then finish sparking while not eating after 8:30.
So the goals are the same, but the plan is different. Let's rock November!!
