The realization I made about protein today..

    I have the same experience. I get very hungry and peckish if I don't eat enough protein, and I have to plan to get enough just like Karen. It really helps to think about this.

    Involve your friends in your weight loss. Tell them what you are doing and ask them to help you stick to your program. I'm sure they will give you support if you ask them.

    I find that when I eat more protein throughout the day, that I'm not so famished and grabbing everything in sight. I also know that I have to plan to work it in too. Yesterday was a bad day with snitching on Halloween candy, so I sure didn't get my protein in yesterday like I should've. I bet if I did, I wouldn't have been so nutso with the candy! Errr! Good vlog girl! Thanks for the good reminder of eating enough protein throughout the day. Good luck to you! We can do whatever we put our minds to!

    Friends are great! Sometimes we have to remind them to support us in difficult goals. It might help to include friends and family in our health goals. That way they will feel a part of our health change process. Only thing is, they might not let you eat something when you actually want to. But, it's probably worth it. Thanks for the blog.
