I feel like, I'm in the fight of my life. I keep fighting to put down the old way of think. I keep fighting to do what's right for my health. I'm getting stronger each time, I say no to the old way of doing things. I'm building a new life one habit, one change at a time. Fight! Fight! Fight and when it feels hopeless fight.

    Have you seen any of the food documentaries like Food Matters, Food Inc, Forks over Knives, etc. That was the wake up call for me. I just couldn't keep putting garbage in my body after seeing what it was actually doing or would do over time, I also find that small changes snowball for me. If I can just get started, keeping up the momentum isn't that hard, although sometimes I get frustrated and get off track again. But the important thing is just to get back at it.
