Folic Acid

I have a question for anyone who can answer: I fall short on Folic Acid almost daily. I have gotten some ideas from Spark but I did wonder if I could get a supplement of Folic Acid. Just in case I cannot get my required Folic Acid. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Try Centrum multivitamin/multimineral supplements for women they provide 400 mcg folic acid, 100% DV. Also foods that provide folic acid are: beans, oranges, avocado, orange juice, whole grains, wheat germ, asparagus, broccoli, nuts and Post grape nuts cereal.     They do sell Folic Acid supplements in the pharmacy. Pregnant women always need more than they can get with food so I know you can buy them over the counter.
