SP Video #5: Exercise, Streaking, and "Good" Food

What I was trying to say was that, according to the book Skinny Bastard, most foods you typically eat are non-organic and thusly bad for you. She, the author, focuses quite a bit on the facus that animal products will kill you. XP
So far I'm up to three days of exercising at least ten minutes.

    You're doing a great job. Make sure if you go vegan to check on how to do it safely. You still need protein and doing the right mix of plant protein should help you. I bet you will be surprised when the scale does a big drop after your muscle / fat ratio starts going the right way. Those non-scale losses tell the real story. Keep up the good work! emoticon

    Sometimes the scale doesnt tell the whole story way to go with your belt getting smaller.... also if it was expensive I would add a few more holes LOL. Just to make it last longer. Keep up the healthy eating it really makes a difference!
