I'm planning an easy day today. I've done a lot of errands in the past few days and I'm looking forward to doing not much. I need to catch up on the reading assignment for my Tuesday evening class. And just relax. But the brain won't keep still. I'm also planning a project.

When I ride my bike, i go through one block of an alley that gets me from one residential area to another without going out on a busy street. The local kids have tagged the alley with graffiti and gang markings. I pray for the kids when I ride down the alley.

I don't live on the alley, but I would like to get some spray paint and paint over the markings. There is one white garage door, a redwood stained fence and some gray concrete that are tagged. I know this will require on-going touch-up work because once I clean it up, they will probably tag it again. But I've been thinking about it for quite a while and I want to do it.

So I guess it won't be a total rest day after all. I'll ride my bike to the store for paint. But I won't touch up the alley until tomorrow. After tonight's shenanigans.
