This month of October has been a good one.It made me realise that i am getting close to 100 kg and was short by 2 kg and it woke me up again from my slumber.I started working out daily...
As of now i have

emoticon lost 4 kgs

emoticon lost 3 inches on my hips

emoticon 0.5 inch off my neck

emoticon 1.25 inches off my thighs

emoticon 1.25 inches off my Upper arm

feels so good and still more to add

emoticon 1 inch off my waist

emoticon 132.59 kms walked this month
