Happy Halloween!

Nothing scary, I promise! I just wanted to share a post from Molly Galbraith, an author that was recommended to me by a personal trainer at the YMCA. While you may not be a heavy lifter like Molly is, her guidance and ideas about what constitutes progress is something that most of us can appreciate.
