I love candy! That's how I got into this situation. I love my sweets, but since doing the Elimination Diet, they really haven't crossed my mind until Monday when we went out and bought tons of candy for the trick o' treaters! After the first two weeks of very strict dieting, I allowed myself once a week to have a treat. But the trick is to keep your mind in a very strict set...If I have one trick this does not mean I'm entitled to have another or another or 18!
I've made a very big part of the last month until Monday, Tuesday and today. Although I've kept the number of mini candy bars to a number I can count on 1 hand, I still have been doing this every day. I can't wait till the munchkins come to take all of it away!
I'm still losing weight, even with a few extra treats in my halloween pillowcase! :)
