Week one down

Okay, seriously, let's hope it's sticking this time because this is really getting old. But I've got week one down for working out. Four days on the treadmill and two days with the Wii. I've got the twitchy leg muscles to prove it *LOL* Last night I finally restarted my c25k training. Man I missed that. Helps too that my husband is getting in on the workout action. He got home from bible study tonight and tried to kick me off the treadmill *lol* Luckily I had been a minute away from finishing so I didn't have to give him an angry glare to go away :p

I really do want to keep it up though. Getting tired of feeling so out of shape again. Well, I'm not getting tired of it, I AM tired of it. I need to be able to play with my kids without feeling so worn out, especially with Colin getting older now.

Now just to get the diet in order. I swear each day starts out real well then somewhere in the afternoon it all falls apart. I am most definitely my own worst enemy when it comes to food.

And now it's time to take my sweaty, stinky self to get cleaned up.

P.S. Someone needs to come and hide any Halloween candy my kids get tomorrow night... keep it away from me!

    You're getting the fitness thing under control so we know you can get the eating there too. Set your goals and you know you will want to make them real.
