I slipped down the back steps last week and hit my head on the deck apparently, I have a high grade concussion and am suffering from Post Concussion Syndrome and have been sleeping for the better part of the week. My back, neck, head and knee all hurt so working out hasn't been happening and I'm too exhausted to do much of anything. My therapist says that is normal with a Traumatic Brain Injury and says my frontal lobe isn't working correctly currently. I did do my kettlebell workout today, nothing overhead nor anything that requires me to let go of the KB or something I am not already familiar with. It went fine. I plan on dropping down to 3 workouts this week and next while recovering.
