Today I finally got to weigh in and since I was late for that I figured I should just do my goals today to.
Short term goals
Exercise fail ...I do so / so on this one. But I restarted c25k yesterday.
Drink 8 glasses of water. .... I actually shoot for 10 and pretty much always get it.
Weigh 160. .... weight today. 160.6 ..I count that as a met.
I am so excited to be at 160. I had been stuck at 165 or so for a while. I am ecstatic.
Do c25k 3 days a week
Drink 8-10 glasses of water
Weigh 155. (So excited)
