Monday, here we go again.

I've been tracking, oh yes I have. Doesn't mean I've been sticking to my plan though. So when I went to the gym today to ONCE AGAIN start a running program, I knew I had to weigh myself, to see what kind of damage I had done. Luckily for me, I only gained 2 lbs, so I can definitely live with that.

So obviously I've worked out for the day, will probably do some strength training when I get home. I haven't done strength training in SUCH a long time!! I enjoy it...but I usually do it on machines at the gym. The problem with that is I am going to the gym during lunch, so I only have time for my 30 minutes of cardio. Tonight will be an adventure, and my goal is to do at least 2 or 3 exercises for each body area (arms, legs, core!) emoticon

Nutrition-wise, today has been okay. I had Greek yogurt for breakfast, leftover stuffing and a pb&j for lunch. For dinner I'm planning either chili or portobello and swiss chard sauteed in sesame oil over rice noodles with a baked sweet potato on the side. Either meal will work, I just need to work on getting enough fiber and protein. It's what I usually fall short on. emoticon

So here's to the rest of this beautiful, bright, chilly day. I am doing well, I know I can get back in the groove with a little effort. Tomorrow is Zumba again, so I feel like my exercising is back on track at least! emoticon
