Why do we beat ourselves up so bad? Do I need to lose weight? Yes
Do I watch what I eat? Much of the time Do I exercise? Some
Do I drink my water? Most of the time Do I try to eat fruit and veggies? Yes
Do I take a multivitamin? At least mon-fri!
OK, pat myself on the back..... Good Job, Me
Now today I will work to up the water intake, exercise, calorie intake.....
There you go... each step is worth rewarding!!!!
I am thinking of a Fit Bit....any body have suggestions?
