Good morning Spark friends,
I had a wonderful surprise this morning when I stepped on the scale. I lost 2.1 pounds! Isn't that awesome?
I have been sick lately, so my workouts haven't been daily... For the past few weeks, I have worked out 3-4 times a week, whereas I had been every day. I've just been so run down these days. It doesn't affect my appetite unfortunately.
My husband has lost 10 lbs. in the past month, but not me. He's working at a much more physical job though, so he's worked it off. He has grapes till 3:00 pm, and has a balanced supper. It's been kind of a cleanse for him, and it's working.
Though I have not been too energetic, he is my cheer leader, telling me that 10 minutes or 60 minutes are both great. "Just do what you can." But it feels good to be able to record a loss in weight, too.
