Gratitude is the quality that helps us keep our focus on the positive. No matter what challenges may face us, if we can find one thing to be grateful for each day, we can maintain our positive outlook. That will help us succeed--whether in our weight loss or in life itself.
Today I am grateful for my support--first and foremost from my husband who supports me daily in my quest to live a healthy lifestyle. I know I am blessed. And I am grateful for the support of family and friends who cheer me on and lift me up with their compliments. And I am grateful for the many new friends and team mates here on SP with whom I share my struggles and challenges each day and who never let me down. THANK YOU!
And I am grateful for the non-scale victories. Today I am grateful for my physical therapy. It wore me out and I worked up a sweat, but I also walked 75 feet without my cane. I walked a total of 400 feet. I rode a recumbent bike for 10 minutes. And I completed all the exercises my therapist had me do. Now I'm to do them each day, so I need to stay focused to complete that until my next session on Thursday.

So thankful that you are having Physical Therapy and that it is helping you to feel better physically and mentally. I also have so much in my life to be grateful for. In fact I just started a Gratitude Journal and will be writing in it daily. Continue to feel good Cherie!
Thank you for this reminder. Too often we dwell on the negative; what we don't have or haven't done. Instead we need to appreciate the blessings in our lives. I'm very happy for you that you are working with a physical therapist. Mine therapy has made such an incredible difference in my pain, mobility, and quality of life.
