My sister and I joined a gym about a month ago and got a trainer... I missed working out with him last week because I was sick... Our trainer told us to get gloves... then he worked my biceps so hard that my left arm is flopping like a noodle. This is the biceps workout Dina did last Wednesday that had her using ice packs for a couple of days... I think I will indeed be sore after this.
45 minutes on the elliptical this morning, too.
