monday and I am back on track.

Decided to walk and do water aerobics today.... and did both. Then I went to work, visited a friend and then went and fed a friend's bunny. She is so cute and when you yell peanut she comes out of hiding and takes the peanut from your hand... Such a sweet creature. So I did not weigh today because I would have been late for my swim class... will be going again tomorrow... different teacher so different routine. I find the water exercise less difficult to get to because it is kind of fun. The other ladies ( and men) are so friendly and helpful.
Now I need to decide if I am going to increase my calories because I am so hungry at 1000 i cannot function.... I am ok early in the day but by evening I get cravings that I do not get if I have eaten a little more with my evening meal... so one day at a time.....
