Back on track two!

Well, went out of town for the weekend ate too much!
and didn't get any set exercise. I had a great visit with family and friends, but was dreading the scale this morning.
I actually lost a lb!
. How does that work? I'm even below the barrier weight that I've been fighting for so long. I have been losing and gaining the same weight for what seems forever! I vacillate between 160 and 165 and it has been very frustrating! This morning I weighed 159!
I know it doesn't normally work that way so I'm back on track with my routine. I broke the barrier so I know I really can do this and so can you!
