REV ABS...MY PARALLEL PROGRAM FOR JMBR

Today I decided that I will try and do 2 programs parallel, one in the mornings and one in the afternoons...so I choose Rev Abs

Phase 1 (Week 1) Initial measurements
weight 168.2lb
waist 27.2"
hips 38"
thigh 20"
body fat 32.6%

Today I did Total strenght and Mercy abs...the first program is kind of a circuit with weights and a short cardio interval, according to my HRM i burned 383 cal which I like a lot, the other one is just abs and Lord if I felt it
