Ok so those October Goals

I'm not sure whether I have the energy today to see if I met my goals. I do know that I managed to only gain about 4 lbs on vacation and that I ran 4 of the days we were gone. We also did a 10k walk one day and walked over 4 miles on the beach two other days. So not bad, basically 7 out of 9 I did some kind of exercise.

Contemplating November goals.

I'm just dreading that I really have no more vacation (other than a half day here or there) until after March 1st. And since the beach is 2 weeks next summer in June, I will only have 5 spare days to work with for the rest of the entire year after that. UGH! It's 2 more years until I get my 4th week.

Tonight I treadmill after dinner at Subway. I can't wait to be back eating my normal diet. So far so good today.

    Good job!! Eating right and most especially getting exercise are things I really have trouble with on vacation. emoticon

    WOW!! Sounds like you were so active on your vacation I wonder if you had time to relax :) You really are so very dedicated and that is awesome to see... it's inspiring to me for sure!

I know you will make some November goal and reach them... because you are driven. 100%.

I hear ya about vacation time... since changing jobs I lose my ability to have 3 weeks now I actually have to wait 1 year before I even get one week... erk.

I will end up taking unpaid time because working with no days off for a year is not good for anyone...

Keep up everything you do... I really enjoy seeing how far you have come.

    Making it though a food-filled vacation with only a small weight gain is amazing to me and shows that you kept the spirit of your goals in mind even while being off your regular schedule and diet. Good for you, wishing you well in setting your Nov. goals!
