Ate out twice in the past two weeks without going overboard
Dealing with a major stress/sorrow and handling my feelings in ways that don't rely on food
Have gone to the gym regularly enough that my heart rate on the cardio machine went from 150s to 130s with same routine
Binged once and then got right back on the wagon
In the past week my daughter has asked for cucumbers for breakfast, wanted to share my low fat cottage cheese this morning and has been requesting apples for dessert. I am a good role model.
