I'm thinking about incorporating the Body for Life program into my fitness plan.

    I just did 2 of the 10-minute cardio/strength training sessions on the dvd today. I need to read the book about following the food plan.

    Body for life is a nutrition and fitness program that produces amazing results. It was developed by Bill Phillips 10 or more years ago. It is a life transformation competition through health and fitness. It works if you follow it. Check it out! emoticon emoticon emoticon
