Not bad!

Now I have to go run 4 miles and I'll have completed the SparkPeople 10k training plan I've been using. Wednesday I'm doing a 10k for the Spark Trick or Treat Trot virtual race. After that. . .?! Find a new plan, maybe? Make up my own? The anal retentive part of me LOVES crossing off each completed run. Heh. I guess figuring out what my actual goals are would be a good idea. I do like the idea of becoming comfortable with running 5-6 miles for a while and maybe upping one of my weekly runs bit by bit. We'll see. I have some perusing to do.
