Getting back to losing

I joined the SP coaching program and that has really helped me stay on track. Was traveling this week and still managed to stay on track. Usually when I travel I mess up completely, but my sister is a fairly healthy eater so haven't had a lot of temptations. Not sure I could really manage to eat healthy on a normal business trip. I usually mess up on my exercise then too. Although the last business trip I was on I did visit the fitness room and swim pool 2 out of the three days I was gone. My biggest excuse for not exercising is I have to have that routine...at home I generally exercise in the a.m. before work. When I travel that is not always possible. Somehow getting out of the routine makes it harder, but there is no reason not to exercise. Just putting in 15 minutes would help. No excuses...I am too tired. It gives me energy. I am too stressed. It relieves stress.
