Today I'm doing a really good job of watching my food again after doing decent yesterday, but I may have had a 2nd dinner roll with my soup last night! Also, Dan couldn't find the little boxes of raisins at the store that I like (I swear, just a few more times grocery shopping and he will do a better job! He's still in training!), anyway he got dried cranberries instead and I had those on my bran flakes this morning. I really like it that way, it's yummy. The raisins are just cheaper, is all.
I did my ST this morning and brought my resistance band and ankle weights to the gym with me, because they don't have that stuff there. State-of-the-art gym that doesn't have basic equipment like that...*eyeroll* Anyway it's fine, I took it with me and did all my regular stuff, and then did all the leg stuff with my own equipment that I learned how to do from PT. It was good today, I challenged myself and worked hard.
However I have a long way to go before I'm ready for a spring half marathon. I'm going to do as many small races as I can this winter, and also start training in January for the April half.
I haven't weighed this week yet, but I probably will do it tomorrow or Wednesday. I made it through the day yesterday without any Halloween candy! It's hard to get back in a groove when you take even one day off! But I made it yesterday and I will make it today too. And, my food log on my Spark Page is still public so anyone can see everything I put into my mouth. Talk about accountability! ;) Spark on.
