I lost my goal weight of 14Lbs. Then I began my next goal of 5 more Lbs. I lost one but then this past week i just could not control myself. I either eat too much when i'm tired or bored. Its hard to get enough sleep when i work nights and have two toddlers at home. I gained back two lbs from just slacking. The fitness isnt hard but the eating is. I'm getting tired of not eating as much as i want. I need more motivation and positivity.
