    Yes, sleep is a good thing. You are doing all the right things. Understanding the whys of weight doesn't always make us happy. We want what we want. Good luck with the gym. You can do this. Portion control is always the bottom line with me. When all else fails. Worth looking into. Good job with the smoking and looking into help with that. Enjoy your day :)
