I have set my goals and have every intention of sticking with this. Here is the review of the goals I set for this week.
Goal #1: LOSE 2 pounds. DONE. When I logged in this morning I weighed in 2 pounds down. I guess the hit n' miss dieting I did last week helped. However, I have to maintain it as I weigh in DAILY and average my weight. 6 more days to go.
Goal#2: 7 days of logging in and spinning the sparkwheel. 1/7
Goal#3: 7 days of logging my food. 1/7. I went over my calories by 8 calories. I count that as a win.
Goal#4: 7 days of drinking all my water and limiting my caffeine intake to one caffeinated beverage a day. No soda. Just Crystal light energy. 1/7. I drank 15 glasses of water today thanks to my Mexican lunch. I did drink more than one Crystal Light Energy though. So maybe that is half a win?
Goal#5: Weigh daily (Average my weight at end of weeK.) 1/7
Goal#6: Complete 7 days of exercise for 10 minutes, 5 days 30 mins. I did 27 mins of movement today. So 1/7.
Goal#7: Complete week #1 of the Jumpstart your fitness challenge. Did not get done today, but will catch up tomorrow.
Goal#8: Review these goals daily. 1/7. :)
This weeks weigh in log:

Sunday: 219 -2 pounds
Sundays goals were:
1. Weigh in DONE.
2. Make my protein smoothie Not done. Ran late and drank hot chocolate at church instead.
3. workout DONE.
4. Log in & share DONE.
So , Overall a pretty good day. :) I am planning on staying up late to clean and catch up laundry. No work tomorrow so I am determined to get some of this stuff done.
GOALS For Monday are:
1. Weigh in
2. Make Morning Smoothie.
3. Run/ walk 1 mile for the Trick or Trot challenge and record my horrible time. :)
4. Do the video for yesterday and today in the Jumpstart your fitness challenge.
5. Log every bite.
6. Log in and spin sparkpoints wheel
7. Earn enough points for bonus spin.
