Starting tomorrow I will be starting meatless Mondays. I have been wanting to do it for awhile and instead of planning to do it, I am just going to do it. I am finally back to exercising regularly and now I am getting my eating under control. Taking it one day at a time is helping me. Now I am working on time management. That will always be a work in progress with me. This week I will be working on doing what I need to do online during an allotted time each day. My daughter is going back to school next week and I need to get back on a schedule.
