I definately got side tracked this weekend. I have broken my diet a couple of times but I feel that just coming back on here and making and effort will help. I thought I could just go cold turkey on bad habits and loose ten pounds in a month. I'm starting to realize it is going to be a much longer period of time. I need to really work on making gradual changes in my life. There is no really quick fix to bad eatting habits unless I checked myself into some extreme therapy or something which I really don't think I need. Overall my eatting habits have changed and I have been eating much better. I have barely had any soda or alcohol. I have only had fast food once (other than salads and oatmeal) in this past month or so. I have been much more active. I have been dealing with trying to handle stress and anxiety. I still think I could work on eating more fruits and veggies but I am doing better. I used to go out and eat for every meal and now I'm cooking so much and really enjoying it! So, I may be slipping a little but over all I am making improvements. I just need to keep on this site and working with my motivation!
