Back to Core. 12 minutes cardio (jumping jacks - that's it) and 36 minutes strength. It really works the back. Because the Game Day soreness in my butt is still there, I really felt today's workout -everywhere - not just the back. I've been able to figure out what to do for the reverse planks where I still work but don't hurt the back of my knees and wrists. Yay! It only took me a couple of times through! Asylum really is paying off. I haven't seen big weight loss numbers, but I feel smaller and stronger. I've had several people this week tell me they notice I have lost weight, so something must be happening.
