I was stuck at the same weight for about 2 to 3 weeks and I was exercising daily for at least 30 to 60 minutes and following my calories guidelines, staying on the low side pretty much every day and that darn scale didn't move! I didn't mind so much since looking at myself in the mirror I can see the changes and I am certainly happy about that but it is so frustrating when you eat right and exercise and try so hard to eat right and nothing happens. My pants are fitting better so I know the toning is working and I wish I didn't mind what the scale says and even tell myself it doesn't matter, and sometimes I listen to myself and sometimes I just get annoyed. I know that at a certain point in our life, our metabolism just doesn't work quite as well or as fast as it did when we were younger so I will keep on pushing and hope to get to the goal weight eventually but I don't think it will be within the time period that was given to me when I signed up. That is ok though since I know that each day I am getting stronger and more fit and as I tell myself, that scale is just a number, how do I feel?, how do I look? Those are the real questions!!!!!!!!! So for all those our there that your scale number isn't moving, THAT IS OK, just keep on eating right and exercising and getting more fit and eventually it will!
