1. Lose 20lbs, 20 inches.
~ I'm currently 13.4lbs down and 4 inches down. This includes week 7's weigh in.
~ 6.6lbs and 16 inches to go in 4 weeks. Currently 278lbs.
2. Run a 5k in under 43.5 minutes - I almost beat that WALKING it.
~ My interval training I hit the distance at about 40 minutes and a few seconds. Perhaps fully running it it'll be faster? Or maybe I'll wear out and run slower, slowing me down.
3. Track my food and water every day
~ Goal! Just not on Spark People, the frequent eating challenge made it easier to track it on Text Edit on my mac.
4. Continue my 10k training, push up training, sit up training, and squat training.
Finished Week 1 Squats and Push Ups, Finished Week 3 Crunches. The hardest was actually the crunches!
5. Run a 10k in under 90 minutes!
~ November 17th!
6. Run a mile in 10 minutes
~ I'm timing it today, update next Sunday (who am I kidding? Update today, I can't go that long without talking about my running :-P)
7. Read one Bible chapter a day (or 7 a week)
~ Better than last week 1/7, I'm switching to when I wake up now.
When I was in college my phone charger was by my bed, so I could read in bed and charge my phone. Now if I read in bed my phone dies over night.
8. Take update pics
~ I looked at older photos, definitley improvement.
9. Make money
~ No monies :-( But I got $5 from my grandmother to go buy meatballs... I made $1.61 this week! :-D
10. Encourage my team in some way each week.
Okay, I lost the weight I put back on last week plus 0.2lbs. This basically means that I lost 0.2lbs this week and therefore I am following that exact same 0.2 pound pattern I complained about Weeks 3 and 4. WooHoo?!?!?
Remember that sodium challenge my grandmother is going to sabotage? I called it! This specific week is going to be taco week. I can only imagine how much sodium is in taco seasoning, beef, hard taco shells and cheese sauce. (It's not even a matter of making it healthier (I already know some of you are going to tell me this :-P), because the taco's she is going to fix already come in a pre-made kit, with premade sodium.) I would seriously privatize this page and request proof of who people really were before adding them if the thought of doing so didn't bother me so to begin with, this isn't Facebook :-P
Tuesday is my 5k. Today is my mile. I'm hoping the 30 minute walk I took before my run last time may have slowed me down so I'll see time improvement. All I know is, is that I have the first 5 minutes of this run practiced rather efficiently. :-P For the 5k, I know it's going to take a long time. That's the hard part.
I'm going to not blog everyday this week again, unless I just have important things to say everyday this week. Not likely. Not like a job is coming my way or anything. :-P
