Well down 12 lbs without too much effort other than making sure I stay gluten free.
Interesting, who knew that it was actually wheat that was causing all of those cravings? I can eat one gluten free cookie with real sugar and not feel like I need to ransack the fridge a few hours later. I can do a bowl of gmo free corn pasta with pesto and be go tent for hours. I even had a bowl of chex rice cereal one morning and it kept me full to lunch.
Now I just need to make time to de stress and exercise and I will be in my road to recovery.
