Feeling extremely bloated this weekend. Had a halloween party and I definitely overate on my calories allotted for the day. It's disappointing, but at least I recognize the leftover feeling from it -miserable and uncomfortable.
Today I'm meal planning for the rest of the week and looking for some yummy recipes to make.
Last week I honestly didn't cook too much.
I cooked twice and because it was just me I had a lot left over:
-Vegetable Curry - good. I left out the garbanzo beans and tripled the amount of peas. I will probably make this with lentils next time.
-Chicken Salsa Chili - really yummy but nothing new in my cooking repetoire.
