New 5-Week Rotation After A Full Week of Flexibility Training

Last week was stretch & flexibility training only which was a new thing for me omitting cardio and strength training. I can tell that my body is now raring to go with some intense workouts.

My bone density testing results from last week revealed I am actually 1/2 inch taller than I've claimed over most of my adult years....LOL! Could it be due to all of this exercising?? I can now shout to the rooftops that I am FIVE FEET SIX INCHES....LMBO! Just humor me...heehee.

Below is my 5-week Exercise Plan with a goal of losing or maintaining my current weight, plus, maintaining or increasing strength and endurance. I will only be doing 12 of the exercises listed in the strength training dvds, in other words, half of the workout. It is no longer necessary for me to do an hour of strength training per session.

Week 1 & 3
Chest & Back, Abs
Cardio (5 Mile Walk)
Shoulders & Arms, Abs
Cardio (KenPo X)
Legs & Back, Abs
Cardio (5 Mile Walk)

Week 2 & 4
Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Abs
Cardio (4 Fast Miles)
Back & Biceps, Abs
Cardio (KenPo X)
Legs & Back, Abs
Cardio (4 Fast Miles)

Week 5
X-Stretch (flexibility)
Core Synergistics (cardio, stretching, strength)
KenPo X (cardio)
Slim & Limber (flexibility)
Core Synergistics (cardio, stretching, strength)
X-Stretch (flexibility)

I will start this plan on Oct 29 and end on Dec 1st. Please help keep me accountable.

I can wait to hit my TurboFire hard next week. Dont you just love those BeachBody DVDs? They are the best.
