Okay, it's been a few weeks since I've actually been able to post one of my weekly update blogs.
Since it's been so long since the last one I think I'm going to come up with some new goals this time around. I was last focusing on making sure that I was getting the right about of nutrients and especially making sure that I get enough protein.
Since then, I've been doing fairly well with protein, but at the sake of having really high fat levels. I know this is a result of me using peanut butter and cheese as my major source of protein. I've also struggled with eating out a lot since I'm at school every day.
So here are my goals for the up and coming week:
- Make sure that every day I get healthy amounts of both protein and fat.
- Find healthier solutions for protein.
- Eat out only twice a week most, and make sure to pack a lunch on long days.
