I am feeling better and I think I am ready.
Motivation has been low, but I have been thinking A LOT about this and I have decided I don't wanna be fat anymore. I can't slip back into my old ways. I don't like myself fat. I don't like feeling like crap. I don't like feeling bloated. I hate having a muffin top. I hate feeling ashamed of myself. I hate feeling like other people are judging me because of my weight.
So beginning tomorrow I am going to start anew. It's a new week and therefore a new start. Here are my goals for this week.
Goal #1: down 2 pounds.
Goal#2: 7 days of logging in and spinning the sparkwheel.
Goal#3: 7 days of logging my food.
Goal#4: 7 days of drinking all my water and limiting my caffeine intake to one caffeinated beverage a day. No soda. Just Crystal light energy.
Goal#5: Weigh daily (Average my weight at end of weeK.)
Goal#6: Complete 7 days of exercise for 10 minutes, 5 days 30 mins.
Goal#7: Complete week #1 of the Jumpstart your fitness challenge
Goal#8: Review these goals daily.
So in the morning I will do the following things:
1. Weigh in
2. Make my protein smoothie
4. Log in & share
I have a plan. I will stick to it. See you tomorrow!
