"Dietgirl" Week One (Again!)

Two years ago I started a blog based on the "The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl" by Shauna Reid. I lost weight successfully, and have now been "stuck" at the same weight for a year. So, I am starting over again with my blog, reset to "start" this week. Here goes:
Current Weight: 193.6 lbs
Weight Lost this Week: 2.4 lbs
Weight Left to Lose: 23.6 lbs
I've had a really good week. I feel like I've lost 200 lbs, I feel so weightless! And I guess I have - I lost 200 lb worth of boyfriend this past month, and this week I feel free. I have perspective this week. I am able to be grateful that I am no longer living in the anxious and difficult place that exists when a relationship is unravelling.
I am making positive food choices, drinking LOTS of water, and taking care of myself. I went to the gym today and am planning to return tomorrow. These are all those good "self-care" things that I know work, that I know I need to do, and that I know will help me to reach my goal.
