Vertical Plyo AND Overtime. I was supposed to do Overtime with Game Day, but didn't have time. I ended up TRYING to do it with Vertical Plyo. I say "trying" because for such a short workout (about 10 minutes), the exercises are super tough. There were a few I just couldn't do physically. These had to do with kneeling/squatting down and then jumping up to do some move and then going back down in the kneeling position. My knees just can't take exercises like that. I went super slow and had to modify. I felt that this was not the best workout for me, which is disappointing. Up until now I felt like I could do anything Shaun T. threw at me. Maybe I couldn't do it right away or as fast, but I could always work my way up. With these couple of exercises, there is no way I'll be able to do them - ever. It is only a short workout to do in conjunction with the others, but it's still disappointing to me. I thought I was much better than I guess I am...

    Don't get to down on yourself. I know how you feel and it is hard. But, we just do the best we can and move on. Who knows, maybe in the future you could surprise yourself and actually do something you thought you could never do!

    Almost anything is possible...with time and training. You can do it!
