Day 33...

Sorry, but another short one again today. It was a very busy day today, but I will tell you about that tomorrow.

Yesterday was rough on me I felt very sick and tired all day. I'm attributing it to my wonderful "day off". I slept almost all day and was in a LOT of pain.

Food for yesterday.... I had milk and 2/3 of a banana for breakfast. For lunch I had a small container of Oikos mango and apricot yogurt and a weight watchers chicken enchilada thingy. For supper I had KFC.... A grilled chicken breast, green beans, baked beans and a biscuit. I had a diet coke to drink. Boy was I full!

No exercise, just sleep. The doctor put me back on crutches and I am having a tough time dealing with that. I'm angry and frustrated. I understand that he's trying to help me, but it's hard not being able to do whatever you want to. HOWEVER, I think you all should know that I have learned that the more sleep you get at night, the easier it is to follow your diet plan. I just feel so much more focused and reasonable when I get good sleep. Speaking of which, I'm headed that direction now.
